Partly, and we'll be upfront about it. Most of the session shows the platform working in a real pharmacy. At the end we share a webinar-only offer, and you don't have to take it.

We were QCPP accredited. What changes for us?
Assessments now come every 3 years instead of 2 and cover 4 areas instead of 5. The assessor checks your records, watches your team work and asks staff questions, so paperwork alone won't pass.
What happens if we're not accredited in time?
From 1 July 2027, PPA stops claims for DAA, IDAA, Staged Supply, MedsCheck, Diabetes MedsCheck and RPMA until you have QSPP.
Do I have to change my dispense system?
No. Dragatron works alongside your dispense system and integrates with Fred, Minfos, POSworks, Z Software and more.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway and book a 15-minute assessment. After the assessment, we can set up a one-on-one demo with Mathias.
How does the prize draw work?
Register and attend any live Dragatron webinar for at least 30 minutes, and you're in the draw for Core + QSPP for a year ($3,995). Finish a 15-minute assessment as well and you're also in the draw for Advanced for a year ($4,995). Entries are open from 1 October to 13 December 2026, and both prizes are drawn on 14 December.
