Pricing questions

Do prices include GST?

No. All prices are ex GST and shown with +GST. GST is added when you pay online.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual is paid upfront for 12 months, costs about 9% less, and includes QSPP. On Advanced paid annually we also cover the $18 monthly SMS fee. Monthly is billed each month.

Is QSPP included on monthly billing?

CoreIQ Assure, our QSPP platform, is included on every annual plan and on Advanced monthly. On Core monthly you can add it for $125 a month +GST. Standalone QSPP software costs around $1,500 a year (October 2026).

Can I cancel?

Monthly: Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. Annual: Paid upfront for 12 months. Cancel any time before your renewal date and it won't renew.

Will you move my data across?

Yes. Data migration is free on every plan.

Are there transaction fees?

No. There are no per-vaccination or per-claim fees. SMS is the only usage charge, at 10c a message.

How does pricing work for more than one store?

Each store needs its own plan. Groups of 5+ stores get per-store pricing and group onboarding. Talk to us.

Do I have to use a particular wholesaler or generics supplier?

No. Dragatron has no supplier ties. The price is the same whoever you buy from.

Does it work with my dispense system?

Yes. Dragatron works with Fred, Minfos, POSworks and Z Software.

How long does setup take?

Setup, data migration and training are part of onboarding on every plan. Dragatron is cloud-based, so there’s nothing to install. We agree a go-live date with you on your setup call.

What counts as an AI interaction?

One request your team makes to Dragatron’s AI, such as a MedsCheck action plan suggestion or an AI patient summary. Eligibility prompts and travel vaccine plans are rule-based and don’t count. Core includes 200 a month and Advanced 500.

What happens if we go over?

AI keeps working. If you’re regularly over your monthly amount, we’ll get in touch about whether Advanced suits you better.

Is my data stored in Australia?

Yes. Patient records are stored in Australia (Sydney region). AI requests go through Dragatron’s Sydney-hosted gateway to our AI providers.
