Prize draw terms: QSPP webinar (NSW)

These are the full terms for both Dragatron webinar prize draws.

1. 1.
   Promoter. Dragatron Pty Ltd (ABN 27 637 798 871), 36/7 Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085 ("Dragatron", "we").
2. 2.
   The promotion. Two separate prize draws, the Registration Draw and the Assessment Draw, run across the live webinars Dragatron hosts between 1 October and 13 December 2026 (the promotion period). This includes the free QSPP webinar on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 7:30pm AEDT.
3. 3.
   Who can enter. Community pharmacies located in New South Wales. The entry must be made by the pharmacy's owner, chief pharmacist or pharmacy manager, aged 18 or over, who is authorised to accept the prize for the pharmacy. Dragatron employees, their immediate families and pharmacies they own can't enter. Pharmacies that already subscribe to Dragatron can enter.

   Entry period. Both draws open at 12:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 13 December 2026.

   How to enter.

   • Registration Draw: register for any live Dragatron webinar held in the promotion period, then attend it live, logged in with your registered email for at least 30 minutes.
   • Assessment Draw: complete a 15-minute assessment call with Dragatron and attend a live Dragatron webinar as above, both within the promotion period. Booking a call without completing it is not an entry.
   • No purchase is needed to enter or win. The webinars are free.
6. 6.
   Limits. One entry per pharmacy in each draw. Entries from different people at the same pharmacy count as one entry. A pharmacy can enter both draws. Attending more than one webinar doesn't add entries.
7. 7.
   Prizes.

   • Registration Draw: 12 months of Dragatron Core Suite plus the QSPP module, valued at $3,995 (excluding GST).
   • Assessment Draw: 12 months of Dragatron Advanced Suite, valued at $4,995 (excluding GST).
   • Total prize pool: $8,990 (excluding GST), based on Dragatron's published prices on 30 September 2026.
8. 8.
   Draw. Both winners are drawn at random at 36/7 Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085, at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday 14 December 2026.
9. 9.
   Notifying winners. We contact each winner by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winning pharmacies' names and suburbs are published on dragatron.com.au within 1 day of the draw.
10. 10.
    Unclaimed prizes. If a winner can't be contacted or doesn't accept the prize within 14 days of the draw, we redraw at the same place at 12:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 29 December 2026 and contact the new winner the same way.
11. 11.
    Prize conditions.

    • The 12-month subscription starts when the pharmacy's account is activated, which must be within 60 days of accepting the prize.
    • The prize covers the listed software subscription only. It doesn't include hardware, third-party fees, other add-on modules or services not listed.
    • If the winning pharmacy already subscribes to Dragatron, the prize is applied as a credit to its account.
    • The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    • Use of Dragatron is subject to our Terms of Service.
12. 12.
    Privacy. We collect entrants' details to run the promotion and contact winners. If the entrant agrees, we also send marketing, including the newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.
13. 13.
    General. We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, false or made in breach of these terms. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to NSW law. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
